Connection to Innovation and Economic
Competitiveness
CENECI research will address several Grand Challenge opportunities
in: (i) heterogeneous catalysis, (ii) the development of optimized
processes for growing advanced materials, and (iii) electron-driven
reactions at liquid interfaces.
Existing and future connections of the PIs to the high tech
and chemical sectors and National Labs will ensure an efficient
flow of our innovations to those who will consume the transformative
ideas generated by our activities.
In addition to publication of our research results in peer-reviewed
journals, transfer of CENECI Innovations will be further enabled
by cyber-outreach including the Center’s website. We
will sponsor regular annual meetings for interested private
sector and government agencies.
